The mommy brain reducer for this week is exercise, brain exercise, that is.
Something I have been doing to increase my memory is playing Lumosity. Any games that make you think and use your brain can help increase your memory and help with the foggyness. So get out your Nintendo DS or cell phone, or even the local paper and get to work on those puzzles!
Other suggestions to work the muscle between your ears: Join a book club and join in the discussions (Cadadoodle Read's is a GREAT choice for a book club ;-), take a class at the local community college, learn a new hobby, take a first aid class, or even take a parenting class at the public health clinic.
How do you work your brain?
